Its been a while since we heard music in this concert hall. Enjoy the first movement "Adagio" of Johann Sebastien Bach's Violin Sonata played by the chairman and first violinist of the Vienna Philharmonic, Daniel Froschauer

Danier Forschauer is playing on a violin that was built by Antonio Stradivari in 1727.

“When we realize that Bach composed these works in 1717, we see how the age of the violin is reflected in this music. It is especially pleasing to be able to perform here in the Brahms-Hall of the Musikverein”, says Daniel Froschauer.
